4 cups of your favorite fresh fruit sliced into bite-sized pieces – tangerines, grapefruit, pears, peaches, pineapple, grapes, cherries
½ cup unsweetened low-fat flaked coconut
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
1 cup low-fat greek yogurt
2-4 tbsp powdered stevia
DIRECTIONS: Place sliced fruit, coconut, pomegranate seeds and greek yogurt in a large bowl. Whip all together, add powdered stevia to thicken. Refrigerate until chilled, overnight if possible.
