1/2 very ripe banana (Smoothie’s source of sweetness. More spotty, more flavor)
1 cup ice
1 cup coconut water
Blend and add more ice for a thicker smoothie. For variety try adding 1-2tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder for a Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie.
