Initially, I sought out Whitney + Byron in order to fix my diet. Three years after a celiac diagnosis (an autoimmune disease triggered by gluten/wheat), I wasn’t eating very well and didn’t consider food a very good friend. Literally within a week after implementing their plan I was feeling healthier all around. As I write this I’m several months down the road + still loving every day of my new diet.

That was just the beginning, though. I met Byron for a training session. Beforehand I thought I knew what “personal training” was all about. After all, I’ve had personal trainers before + knew the routine. It didn’t take long for me to realize how very wrong I was. The variety, intensity, + amount of unmitigated fun I had training with Byron blew me away. His extensive background in sports conditioning had me feeling like I was training with my favorite NFL team + by month’s end he had me looking like it too. I actually gained 20lbs muscle! Ultimately, I don’t think I could use enough superlatives to do him justice. You can look at dozens of before + after shots, marveling at the ways in which people have transformed their bodies. What these pictures can’t show you, however, is the increased motivation, soaring confidence + overall feeling of wellness that has been achieved. Thank you, Whitney + Byron!
