Whitney rocks! I started Pilates reformer lessons with Whitney to increase flexibility and strength, primarily to improve my golf game. Whitney has a great approach to fitness that makes working out with her both fun and highly effective. Not only were the sessions a kick, but the more I trained the better I played on the golf course. The strength and range of motion I’ve gained in my core, chest, back and arms has added 30 yards to my drive! Increased coordination and balance has improved my putting and accuracy with every club. I’ve tried a lot of different trainers and gyms, and Whitney’s the best.
