I have been training with Byron for 7 months now and I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him.
I’ve played hockey all the way up to the collegiate level and have worked with countless strength and conditioning coaches so I can genuinely say Byron is one of the best I’ve worked with.
He does a great job of tailoring the workouts to your specific goals. What I enjoy the most about his training is the level of expertise he brings when teaching how certain movements/exercises affect different things like balance, mobility, strength, etc. Even after 7 months of training, I always learn something new every session.
Since I started, I have dropped 10lbs on scale, added 7lbs lean muscle and dropped 17lbs of body fat (6%).
I will also add that the vibes in the studio are amazing. Everyone’s working hard but having fun. It’s a nice escape from our hectic lives so I appreciate that both Byron and Whitney have cultivated that atmosphere over the years. They make a great team.
I am excited by the progress we’ve made and looking forward to reaching the next level with Byron.
