We are an exclusively one-on-one private training studio. That means every session, every plan, and every detail is tailored specifically to you—your body, your goals, your history + your lifestyle. 

It’s just us, Whitney + Byron + our clients. We do not sell gym memberships. We do not employ other trainers or allow friends to train their clients here. If you’ve felt on display at commercial gyms arranged like a theater where clients are forced to put on the show, you’re not alone. It’s inappropriate. 

Before we ever increase intensity, we focus on understanding how you move. Through detailed assessments, hands-on coaching + biomechanics-driven programming, we identify imbalances, compensations + limitations that may be holding you back or contributing to pain.
