Many of our clients are high-performing professionals, former athletes or people who’ve trained consistently but feel stuck, uncomfortable or unsure how to progress safely. If you want visible, measurable results while feeling supported, confident + pain-free, you’ll thrive here.

  • Nope! You don’t need to look, move or perform at a particular level before training with us. Our job is to meet you exactly where you are, assess how your body moves + build strength safely + strategically from there. Many clients come to us feeling intimidated or frustrated; they leave feeling capable + confident.

  • We focus on precision, not just effort. Every program is built using biomechanics, corrective exercise + progressive programming tailored specifically to your body, history + goals. Sessions are highly hands-on + technique-driven, ensuring the right muscles are working + unnecessary strain is removed. This leads to better results, fewer setbacks + long-term progress.

  • Massively personalized. No templates, no generic workouts. We assess posture, mobility, strength imbalances, injury history, lifestyle, stress + preferences before building your plan. Your program evolves as your body adapts. Having a rough day? Your trainer has more than 20 years experience + can adjust workout to how you’re currently feeling + performing.

  • Absolutely! This is one of our specialties. Plus, as active beach volleyball players, skiers + snowboarders in our mid-40s, we’ve been there! More often than not, clients come to us with chronic pain, nagging injuries or movement limitations. We focus on correcting imbalances, improving alignment + rebuilding strength safely so your body feels better—not beaten down—after training. Plus, we employ the Theragun + manual massage techniques to minimize muscular tension whenever needed.

  • Our studio is private, well-appointed + focused. There’s no crowded gym floor, no waiting for equipment + no feeling watched or judged as at membership gym. Clients consistently describe the space as welcoming, motivating + confidence-building—designed to help you maximize output + learn in each session.

  • Clients train a minimum of 2 times per week. Some 4-5. On average, clients train 3 days per week. It all depends on client goals, schedule, budget + recovery needs. We’ll recommend a frequency that makes sense for your body + lifestyle so progress is consistent + results sustainable—not overwhelming.

We provide comprehensive nutrition analysis, daily macro targets, sample meal plans + ongoing guidance to support body composition, performance + long-term consistency—without extremes or rigid rules. We reward + maintain your existing good choices. We offer suggestions for areas of improvement. But ultimately, we need your buy in for consistency. Everything is negotiable based on how quickly you want to reach your goals.

Like office hours, having prescheduled workout times on the calendar helps signal expectations for these tasks at recurring times, reducing stress. We’re awesome, but not magicians. Understandably, we can’t deliver results if clients are constantly canceling sessions. We massively appreciate + encourage clients to do their best to work conflicts around recurring training schedule. But we get it. S**t happens. Please give us 24hours notice to move your appointment + we’ll find you a makeup time + keep you on track to results even when life gets hectic.
