Spinach SaladIngredients:One six-ounce bag of spinach2 cups broccoli or rainbow slaw½ red pepper (diced)¼ cup crumbled goat cheese¼ cup unsalted nuts (slivered almonds or crushed walnuts)2- 3 tbsp Low-fat Balsamic Vinaigrette (like Newman’s Own or Trader Joe’s)Directions:Throw ingredients in above order into bowl , toss and serve!
