INGREDIENTSAs always, please choose organic ingredients for YOUR health!1 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage1/4 tsp vanilla, almond or coconut extract1.5 scoops Met Rx Vanilla Protein Powder1 - 2 Tbsp espresso powder1.5 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder2 cups ice cubesDIRECTIONSPut all ingredients in your blender (ice last). Blend to desired consistency. Add a bit more liquid if the blades stick; more ice for a thicker smoothie. Taste. Add optional stevia if you absolutely need it. Blend again.* No espresso machine necessary! Unbrewed espresso powder adds a subtle and satiating crunchiness and contributes to a thicker smoothie. Plus, one less machine to clean! However, you can sub 2 shots brewed then chilled espresso if preferred. To offset liquid volume, reduce coconut milk to 3/4 cup.** If you are sensitive to caffeine or it’s just too late in the day, substitute decaffeinated espresso.
