Whitney’s a terrific trainer. She’s obviously very educated about health and her genuine enthusiasm is contagious. I took my first Pilates session on a lark, but afterwards, I noticed a step up in my strength and flexibility, and a huge reduction in the lower back and joint pain I’d had for decades. Two years later, our bi-weekly lessons are absolutely essential to a positive, functional, pain-free Bob.
