I am a formerly very fit and active person, but an auto accident benched me for two years. Though I was desperate to get back to my fit self, I was very concerned a vigorous exercise program would re-aggravate my injuries. Whitney’s expertise and attention to detail immediately made me feel that I was in good hands. She strikes a perfect balance – knowing when to push me to the limit and when to make me go easy on myself to avoid further injuries. Her workouts are fun, innovative and effective and she has plenty of advice as to how to maximize my time outside of the gym as well to achieve optimal results. I still have a way to go, but I am sure that with Whitney’s help, I’ll get there as soon as is humanly possible, and always with a smile on my face.
