Whitney is an incredible trainer, and I’ve truly enjoyed working with her since we started in March 2024. My initial goal was to tone up before my wedding later that year, and she helped me achieve exactly what I was hoping for—and more. Since training with her, I’ve lost 6.8% body fat and 3 inches around both my waist and lower abdomen. Gained 11lbs lean muscle throughout, but scale has stayed about the same! My clothes actually fit way better, particularly more loose in the midsection. I’m so much more comfortable in jeans + dresses.

I wanted to build my glutes, tone my arms, and improve my balance and flexibility. Whitney created a personalized plan that taught me how to properly activate my hip stabilizers, glutes, and hamstrings, which reduced my quad dominance, corrected hip rotation, and completely eliminated the knee strain and low back pain I had before starting with her. She also helped me fix my tech neck from long hours at a desk; I had no idea how much tension I was carrying in my traps and shoulders. With better alignment, every upper-body exercise became easier to learn and far more effective.

I felt absolutely stunning for my wedding and beyond. Whitney has helped me build strength and confidence inside and out. Our sessions are fun, educational, and something I genuinely look forward to. I feel more energized, my sleep has improved, and I’m no longer sluggish throughout the day. She also gives me structured workouts to do on my own, along with super helpful stretching, mobility, and foam-rolling tips that have made a huge difference in my stress levels and overall stamina.

I highly recommend Whitney. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and amazing at what she does. It’s rare to find a trainer and a gym you’re excited to go to, but Whitney makes every workout enjoyable. The vibes are always top-notch!
