At 44, I weighed 276, more than I’d ever weighed in my life. I’d always been a bigger guy, but when my six-yr old twin boys proved they could outrun their fat dad, I knew I needed help. Whitney saved me. Training 3 days a week with her was easy as her workouts are as much fun as the football I grew up playing. I even cook now, and thanks to Whitney’s Arsenal of recipes and diet tricks, the meals I make are healthier than what my wife whips up! I hadn’t been sub 200 since I was a junior in high school, but now I’m steady at 196 lbs but still losing body fat and getting more tone. Best shape of my life.
