I came to Byron in high school after feeling that I didn’t have the proper program to excel on the football field and to bring me to my goals of becoming a Division 1 athlete. Now, I am here playing in the Pac-12 and can say that he gave me the right building blocks to be playing on Saturdays! The program he geared towards me focused on weightlifting, conditioning, nutrition, and superset workouts, all of which pushed me to reach my potential. It is amazing to me how similar his workouts are to the grueling ones I am put through with my college program. I will always give him credit in helping to form my body into the way it is today.
