I thought I was in decent shape when I started with Whitney. Now I am in much better shape and have lost the belly! Whitney puts her vast knowledge of fitness and nutrition into practice. The sessions are varied and quite intense focusing on circuits, core development, weight training, running, Pilates, etc…I never get bored. She also constantly has good ideas on how to improve my diet.
