3 scoops Met-Rx Vanilla protein powder
1 tsp stevia
8 oz reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp Neilsen-Massey’s Madagascar vanilla paste
1/2 cup coconut milk
First, you’re going to make sugar-free powdered sugar! Put protein powder and stevia into food processor. Process for 1 minute until it doubles in volume and set aside. Beat cream cheese, coconut milk and vanilla with electric mixer until combined. Add your powdered sugar and mix on low until powder is moistened. Switch to high and beat until creamy and light. Store in refrigerator.
