A Greek staple, Tzatziki, made guilt free using 0% Greek yogurt and limited olive oil to keep fat and calories low. This super easy recipe is ready in as little as 15 minutes, it goes great with grilled or oven roasted lamb and can also be used as a dip but swap out the pita bread and enjoy it with veggie sticks instead.
Grate cucumber on a medium size grater. Then place grated cucumber in a strainer and press out the excess liquid from the cucumber, if you do not do this, Tzatziki will become watery. Add the Greek Yogurt and cumber to a large mixing bowl, through in diced garlic and dill. Mix well. Slowly stir in the olive oil and seasonings. Refrigerate for 30 minutes prior to serving.
