Spinach Salad
One six-ounce bag of spinach
2 cups broccoli or rainbow slaw
½ red pepper (diced)
¼ cup crumbled goat cheese
¼ cup unsalted nuts (slivered almonds or crushed walnuts)
2- 3 tbsp Low-fat Balsamic Vinaigrette (like Newman’s Own or Trader Joe’s)
